Back when our family's shared computer was a Tandy 1000 with only one game on it (hangman), I got to experience the magic of The Incredible Machine on my aunt's Windows 3.1 PC. I can remember spending hours in the freeform creation mode, exploring all the silly parts and experimenting with just how complicated you could actually make a contraption while still getting Pokey the Cat to walk up a seesaw. Now I'm glad to revisit this genre-defining Rube Goldberg simulator (complete with teal background) 30 years later so you can relive it or experience it for the first time, too!
