You might want to remove the community dll fix and any compatibilty settings from the sc.exe in order to make it work. The newest fix may not require the "native" setting anymore.

You can also run it windowed using the windowed setting instead of the fullscreen. Together with the "window" and the "Desktop" setting you can achieve borderless fullscreen.

Note: The Reshade applied to my install is not needed for the fix.
