So I got a Game Over last stream because Shon got doubled by a Mage. After having thought about it for a while, I decided I want to keep playing. Since Shon is almost never force deployed, I will bench him from here on out. I wasn't all that far into this chapter in the first place, so I can reset it and keep Shon undeployed for the rest of the run. This'll make things more challenging to boot, as Shon would become one of the strongest characters on the team soon.

Iron Man means no resets*, even if a unit dies. If I get a Game Over, the run ends. Except not really I guess!

The Last Promise is a Fire Emblem ROM Hack made by Blazer released way back in 2010. While based on FE7, it features over 30 original maps, over 50 original characters, its own story and a bunch of awesome GBA remixes from other video game OSTs. It's every bit as fun as the regular GBA titles.

FAQ

Q: What does Iron Man mean?
A: It means I don't reset the game, even if someone dies.

Q: Who are you using?
A: I don't know yet, chances are people I use will die. Thankfully this game has a lot of characters. Maybe bribes will switch things up.

Q: Bribes?
A: For previous Iron Mans some generous people promised me money for using certain characters. I don't know if that's happening again, but if it is, then that's what I'm talking about when I say bribes.

Q: Will you show the story?
A: I don't plan to, you're better off experiencing things on your own. But there is at least one scene that I have to show.

Q: What difficulty are you playing?
A: TLP only has one difficulty mode. It's technically based on the default Lyn and Eliwood Normal Modes, which means the EXP gain is really good. However, the game is actually a lot harder than FE7 at times. There is a massive power spike for the enemies towards the lategame.
