Normal Sudoku rules apply. In cages digits do not repeat and sum to the totals, which can be determined by the flag's country and some alphabet-indexing.
Orange cells are column indexing cells,
e. g. a 1 in R2C3 puts a 3 in R2C1.
Blue cells are box indexing cells,
e. g. a 2 in R5C7 puts a 4 in R4C8.
Green cells are row indexing cells,
e. g. a 3 in R9C6 puts a 9 in R3C6.

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or box.
The digits in a cage must sum to the number printed in its corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.
A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are shown.

Normal Japanese sums rules apply.
The clues outside the grid indicate the sums of the contiguous runs found in that row or column. There must be an unshaded cell between runs of the same color. Rows without clues have no shaded cells.
I'm on a ship that's not a ship. It floats, but not on water. It carries people to and fro, but often ends up in the water. And I'm stuck. I have found a clue to the numbers in each row -- please continue the see and say pattern to help me! 1, 11, 21, ____, ______, _______, ________, 1113213211, 31131211131221, ....
Divide the answers that fit in the blanks into 2 digit numbers (so 1234 would become 12 34) then put them into the ?? sets at the left side of the puzzle, working from top to bottom. You should have JUST enough if you fill in the 4 blanks to fill all the ?? clues.
White circles separate consecutive cells. Not all white dots are given.
