Standard variants: Thermo, Arrow (Pills are two-digit numbers read from top to bottom), Kropki (no negative constraint). The purple circles contain odd digits.
Green cells must be friendly (contain a digit equal to it's row number, column number, or box number).
Along the Purple Line, adjacent digits must sum to a prime number. Digits can repeat along this line if allowed by the other rules.

Green lines are German Whispers lines. Digits on a German Whispers line must differ from their neighbors by at least 5.
Purple lines are Renban lines. The digits on a renban line must form a run, but may be in any order. For example, they could be 3654.
Digits on an X sum to 10. Digits on a V sum to 5.
The digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle.
