Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
Killer Sudoku rules apply. The sum of all numbers in a cage (marked with dashed lines) must match the small number printed in its corner. No number appears more than once in a cage.
Arrow Sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow in the grid must sum to the digit in its circle. Digits may repeat along the arrows.
The white dots represent a difference of 1 between two neighbouring cells. NOT all possible white dots are indicated; a.k.a. no negative constraint.

Normal Sudoku Lockout Line Rules apply.
-Lines do not cross in boxes 4 & 6. Color difference defines direction.
-Lockout Lines. Digits in directly connected Diamonds must differ by 4 or more and may not be repeated on the line. Digits on a line must fall 'outside' the range defined by their diamonds. Line digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits in cages must sum to the value in the upper left, if given.
Digits along arrows must sum to the digit in the circle.
The two arrows in box 5 go straight across the central cell - one sums the column and the other sums the row.

Digits in killer cages can repeat if allowed by other rules. Digits in the top left corner of the cage is the square root of the sum of the cage (ex. if the cage summed to 16, there would be a 4 in the top left corner)
Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2 (ex. 3,6)
Digits separated by a white dot have a difference of 1 (ex 4,5)
No negative constraints

Normal Sudoku rules apply. On top of that:
* Digits along the long arrow in the grid must sum to the digit that you can read in the pill (row 1 column 1,2,3).
* The grey line is a palindrome, it reads the same from both directions.
* In cages, digits must sum to the small clue given in the top-left of the cage. The digits within the cage must be different.
* Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end.
* The black dots mean that the ratio of the two connected cells is 2.
* The white dots mean that the difference of the two connected cells is 1.
