📖 Problem Rules 📖
• Normal Sudoku rules apply. The digits 1-9 can not repeat in any row, column, or box.
• Numbers outside the grid indicate the number of seen 'buildings', where heights of buildings are indicated by the digits in the grid.
• Sandwich clues outside the grid give sums of digits between 1 & 9 in their row/column.
