The second Cyberdemon was in an awkward position. Fortunately, two AVs spawned early and were easy to kill. I should have just pushed through the Revenants to retreat, and deal with the remaining AVs later, but I got greedy. That could have been fatal. Otherwise, this was a very smooth fight.
14:36 Secret Slaughter
Triggering the Cacodemon cloud immediately. I shamelessly stole this strategy from daerik without fully understanding it. The Cyberdemons die fast, so there is less instagib flying around. And once you can run circles around the arena, the situation is under control. It's only the first minute that is truly dangerous since a lot of random events can happen here.
In this run, some Cacodemons didn't move away from the back wall far enough, which made things awkward. There is usually enough room to go around behind them. And a random AV appeared there, too. Could have been much worse. I was mostly afraid of getting blocked by Cyberdemons.
In the final phase, I try to kill one pack of AVs on the right side immediately with some pre-fired BFG shots, then pre-fire some more to kill the other pack. Of course, one AV from the first pack had to miraculously survive and throw me off. I was pretty nervous but thankfully got out relatively unscathed.
Everything is fine. Run circles and win.
