Super 3-D Noah's Ark playthrough Part 1
1Here's an interesting little diversion. Super 3-D Noah's Ark, from Wisdom Tree. A religious-themed first person shooter. Is it any good? Well, so far yea. If you like Wolfenstein 3D, which is this game is based on. It has the same mechanics, and same flaws, such as enemies that hit harder if they are closer to you placed in trap areas where you can't shoot them until they are right on top of you. Mostly in the later episodes that happens, thus far. Actually, the game's difficulty curve in the level design has been quite well done. Despite being broken into chapters, finishing one chapter leads you straight into the next, with your weapons, score etc. in tact. Help Noah keeps the animals - far more than 2 of each - under control by giving them feed to put them to sleep. Hey, they needed some non-violent for the kids. The game includes some Bible trivia - which I am terrible at. This game also holds the notoriety of being the only SNES game released in the US without Nintendo's license, using a pass-through system similar to the Game Genie. You had to put a legit cart on top of it to play this game.
