The Terminator: Future Shock playthrough Part 6 Final
And here we come to the stunning, cheating, conclusion. This game takes "open door, die" to a whole new level by teleporting powerful enemies right on top of you nearly constantly for the last few levels. Including a pair of Goliaths outside the TDTS. Once inside, it is a very long, winding level to find the last five slots, showing us that this game appears completely outside any existing Terminator timelines.
So how is the game? If you can put up with how absolutely unfair the last few levels are, it's a fairly unique FPS game, with a variety of environments (even if frequently reused) and mechanics, and is one of the very, very few that allows exploring inside of buildings in their own instances etc. You can see Bethesda's finger prints all over the design. But it absolutely delivers the "Terminator" feel. However, I have heard that "The Terminator: Skynet" actually includes this game with it (Skynet was the next release, and last of Bethesda's Terminator releases), so that would be the one to track down if you're interested. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/the_nametag
