11 years ago now, I dabbled in Mario Kart Wii custom track making but really only released one track before giving up due to how frustrating I found it. Over the past week, however, I've given it another shot now that the tools seem to have improved greatly.

There's still a lot of work to be done here as some textures corrupted or displayed the incorrect texture for reasons I haven't quite diagnosed yet. I also still need to clean up some of the collisions and scale up the level by about 10-20% in addition to the many obvious visual issues and not yet updating the course layout, but this at least gives the idea of what I'm aiming for: a circuit track themed around Super Bell Hill, the first level in Super Mario 3D World. I'm using a combination of blender and sketchup to build the track. I'm hoping to have it done sometime in the next week or so but who knows.
