Got a lot of progress done this weekend. I cleaned up some texture issues I had, darkened the model a bit (a bit too much actually), scaled it up a bit to fit in more in Mario Kart Wii, and finished a first pass of major details. Visually the course is getting closer to completion as I mainly want to add bushes and flowers and some other minor details and figure out how to texture the clear pipe to make it both easier to read where the surface is inside and also not being too garish. Plus, I'll need to figure out the light map so the course isn't a consistent color.
I still need to do virtually all of the work on getting pathing modded in. We'll see how that goes. I also still need to test everything on an actual Wii once everything is wrapped up. Still hoping for a release sometime this week or next weekend.
