Super Captain 3D is a new and upcoming side-scrolling shoot-em-up game coming to Steam soon (November 12, 2018). The game has nice graphics and the music is decent. The gameplay is a bit lackluster in this first video, and it picks up a bit in my second video.

My initial impression wasn't great from this first try, the second time was better, please see the other video which starts at the first boss and goes through the next entire stage as well.

My biggest issues with this game are:
1. The need to destroy all enemies coupled with the fact that your shooting weapon is only available in one direction.
2. The large body of the main character also makes for an enormous hitbox. I can't say I am a big fan of this.
