Death is pretty easy when you know the Secret Statue of Liberty Imitation Technique. His sickles actually have a rather hard to dodge pattern: they fly very fast towards you, then return to Death. Thankfully, you can make yourself invincible through the use of the aforementioned secret ninjutsu.
Death also has an attack where he comes down, starts pulling you towards him and throws his scythe which then comes back to him. This is when you attack him, but be sure to move away before the scythe returns to the boss for the second time, because the very moment he catches it, he will move towards you very fast and throw a sickle at the same time.
