NOTE: I used a Game Genie code to have machinegun after death. Consider this practice for a no-death run.

A pretty decent run. First death was understandable, surviving in that section of area 6 is purely random. Second one was kinda bullcrap. Area 7 is prone to random deaths but that enemy should've despawned. (I moved back after respawning because if you just drop down the purple thing you leave behind can fall on top of you while you're busy dealing with the one below.) Last death was just a misstep due to nervousness because I've pretty much already won at that point.

It feels awesome to play this game once in a while so maybe I'll improve this even further eventually.
