0Today we are making Deviled Eggs avoid the #GasShortage and cook from home. Super easy recipe anyone can make. If I can do it with one hand, you can do it too.
Basic recipe that you can add your own variations and items to. Make it your own.

Boil eggs in cold water. Once the water starts to boil turn off the heat. Let it sit covered for a couple minutes.
Empty water and fill with cold water once cool enough to hold in your hand refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cut each egg in half and empty the yellow (yolks) into a bowl.
Mix in mayo and mustard, salt and pepper. Dill and Garlic are popular too.
Either use a spoon or a plastic bag to pipe in the egg mix to the whiles of the eggs.
That's basically it.... super easy. Enjoy.

I have been lucky enough to travel to 21 countries and hope to travel to more. The most life changing trip I experienced was in 2015.
I left Washington D.C. after battling depression that almost killed me after my ex-gf who I was planning to propose to on Valentine’s Day broke up with me 2 days before Valentines and realizing that there literally was NO ONE there for me that cared enough to help me deal with it.
After 2 years of downword spiral and depression, becoming a workaholic I sold the ring, and with a backpack bought a one-way ticket to Europe. I traveled from Romania across Europe to London and along the way ended up being one block away from the terrorist attacks in Paris, France on Friday the 13th of November, 2015.
In fact I didn’t realize what the loud explosion I heard was at the time but it was the one outside the Stadium in the distance….
It was in many ways a wake-up call to enjoy life because you never know when this stage of our souls will end and the next will begin.
I have had a TON of different jobs in my life: massage therapist, sales, manager, cook, custom t-shirt printing, a physical therapy aide, a DJ, bass player, video/photo editor, photographer, scout, coach, teacher, investor and more. I never want to stop learning new skills and improving myself. I made a goal to try to learn something new every day.
Currently I don’t call anywhere home, where I lay my head is home…
