Super Junkoid speedrun in 56:17 using the worst route possible

The premise of this speedrun was to see how far I could push what was basically the bare minimum of a Super Junkoid route -- this route is basically just playing the game super fast without any super wacky routing tricks like early spark swimsuit or early plasma beam.
In fact, I think I even did the bosses in a suboptimal order.
I think I've seen enough by simply getting sub 1 hour with this route, even though I could probably shave off multiple minutes.

Here's a breakdown of what I thought about the run:

Start (Up to bombs): Okay, but I had to heal at a save station that I normally don't. Also the Bomb Torizo fight was bad.

Crocomire: It was genuinely looking like one of the greatest Crocomire clears I have ever seen, then I fumbled AT THE VERY END and it turned awful.

Kraid: What the heck even happened here? That was embarassing.

False Idol: Please ignore my autism while grabbing that heart up lol!

DID YOU SEE THOSE SPEED BOOST JUMPS??? THAT WAS INSANE! I'VE NEVER EVEN SEEN THAT IN MY PRACTICE RUNS! I JUST KINDA PULLED IT OUT OF MY ASS????

Spore Spawn: It was okay but I tried to grind ammo beforehand and forgot you can get it from his spores lol
Actually it wasn't okay cause I whiffed all my baseballs.

Blood Bethel: Aside from almost dying 3 times, it was alright.

Botwoon: Very bad, but this is where I looked at my splits and realized that my 2 minute lead from Crocomire turned into a 3 minute lead

Draygon: Slightly worse than standard. But hey, my 3 minute lead was still alive.

Phantoon: Rather standard, but WTF I HAVE AN 8 MINUTE LEAD????

Ridley: I wasted a spark suit (And one that I needed to get out with) but other than that, I shredded him into tiny little burger meat morsels within 1 minute and picked up a 9 minute lead.

Tourian: Really good -- normally the Junkoids mess with me severely because they're really weird in terms of hitbox, their attacks and how much freaking health they have (I hate these stupid things so much)

Mother Brian: I was scared at first of the Mother Brian fight because I knew that it was the only thing that could end this fight by killing me in a horrible way.
However, I came in and butchered that snake and deep fried it and ate it with ranch sauce or something.

Tourian Escape:
WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU YOSHI???????
WHY DID YOU DESIGN THE ESCAPE LIKE THAT????
COULD YOU NOT HAVE JUST OVERWRITTEN BODY UPGRADES TO THE SPARK TIARA WITH THE SAME ROUTINE THAT'S DONE TO OVERWRITE BEAMS WITH THE HYPER BEAM?????
