Much like Fort Fire Bros., Switchblack Ruins may seem like a daunting place to be but I think its easier than the previous stage. This is a very fun level in which most of it requires you to turn blue question blocks into yellow exclamation blocks and advancing to the next section. The Fire Flower is the weapon of choice here, but the great thing is that this stage gives you plenty of them in case you take damage at any point here. Dealing with the Spinies and the Venus Fire Trap can get hairy at times but the Fire Flower definitely makes things easier in dealing with them. Make sure you look in every nook and cranny here, and be sure to light up any torches you see here. You will be greatly rewarded!
