Going to come clean and say that the times i enter the world and how the world is working will not match due to the amount of post editing I had to do.
Only note that you must enter the world when the large hand of the clock is sitting at 12 for the world to stop, though youll be unable to access the higher areas because of it, it only works for the 8 red coins.
