"Back in the days when L is Real 2401 was still a mystery, everybody in the SM64 community came up with all sorts of ideas on how Luigi would look like in SM64. Eventually they began t’ try and model their ideas t’ life. One o’ those well known attempts resulted in VL-Tone Luigi. This green dude starred in a variety of ROM hacks and bloopers fer a while until better alternative to him emerged. In this mod he is back in his glorious Waluigi-proportions, and this time he even has a moveset. Think of that moveset as SMB2 Luigi’s moveset, but in SM64, which is pretty much what it is anyway.
The moveset:
He kicks his legs when you do jumps and if ya hold A he’ll descend slower to the ground and if you press B while holdin’ A he’ll do a jump kick.
If you crouch fer along time you can charge up a Super Jump, which is indicated by sparkles that appears around Luigi when it’s fully charged. Dependin’ on if you were still crouchin’ or not the Super Jump will act like either a Triple Jump or a Backflip with extra height. You will lose yer charged energy when you start runnin’ so you have t’ use it from a stand-still or when yer crawlin’."
