SMBX - Decimal Speed NPCs

A huge example as of why using decimal speeds on NPCs are bad to get used to. If you use for example 1.5 as a speed, it will ignore the dot inside the notepad and it will recognize as 15 for apparent reason. Putting up a comma instead of a dot didn't help what so ever aswell.

So whatever you do, don't use decimal speeds inside a NPC no matter what!
