There is an Unused Mario Model in the files for Super Mario Galaxy. The word "Demo" is usually associated with cutscenes in the Galaxy Games so we could assume this model was used for cutscenes during development. This model is also packaged with two unused animations!
In the future I'll make a more in depth video about this model but this video shows you how it looks when imported into the game.
