Once again,chapter 7 is a chase with Shadow Mario. He will try to escape on the scaffolding,so be ready to chase him on narrow ledges. Episode 8 of Ricco Harbor is one I'm not a fan of. Here you'll need Yoshi's help. You'll first have to dispense fruit from the machines in town till a durian pops out,then kick it over to Yoshi. He should be purple when he pops out. Now head over to where the Cheep-Cheeps are jumping out of the water and hit them with his juice and they'll turn into moving platforms. The purple ones move forward,pink ones go up,and orange ones stay in place. After you reach the first platform across the water,grab the nearby fruit to make Yoshi pink,then turn more fish into platforms to reach the shine sprite/blue coin. We also do the red coin challenge by going back to the secret stage in Ricco Tower (Get up there with the Hover Nozzle to make this easier.) Finally,getting the rest of the Blue Coins in the stage near the end of the video.
