A strange phenomenon occurs by using the Grappling Beam on Crocomire. Obviously, this is impossible in a normal run because Crocomire defends the Grappling Beam, but by using the famous Reset Glitch, the player can return with the Grappling Beam as well as any other item. There's also a bit of Plasma Beam fun to be had.

I must admit, though, the part where I fell through the lava totally caught me off guard.

The Wii Virtual Console version was used.
