This is a suitless speed run of Super Metroid Project Base. This run is interestingly hard because there is quite a bit of RNG and you have to perform 3 separate Crystal Flashes to obtain certain items/skip areas and to restore health. Norfair is constant heat damage and Maridia is all bomb "morph throwing" tech...
