Hitting back to Brinstar to get Hi-Jump Boots. These Grappling parts are not easy as it may seem due to the falling speed.

Major powerups:
21:27 Hi-Jump Boots (and Spring Ball) - Back at this room bomb the block under the hatch and follow the way down. Use your Grappling Beam to reach the upgrade. This upgrade also lets you jump in Ball form.

Power Bomb Expansions:
01:02 Yeah there's one hidden in lava behind a block. Its better to get it now then having to wait for the Gravity Suit and back tracking all the way here again.
17:27 Jump over this gap and make your way to the red hatch where its blocked by Power Bomb blocks. Afterwards, bomb your way to the pickup.

Missile Expansions:
01:49 Sitting right there waiting after Grappling.
03:54 - 04:37 Use the Grappling Beam to make your way to the green hatch. When you enter the next room use a power bomb quick to destroy blocks out of the way for the boulder to break the blocks that leads to the pickup.

Energy Tanks:
09:03 - 10:02 Enter this green hatch and go all the way down. Use the Grappling Beam to make your way to the tank.
22:35 After getting the Hi-Jump Boots, go to the right after exiting through the green pod to a green hatch. You can either freeze the fish creatures as platforms or use the snail creature to climb up. I recommend using the snail since the fishes are a pain...
