From red to green to gray.
Getting the first missile tank at the beginning was the hardest part of this run. It took like 20 times to get over that damn gap with a bomb... A great improvement in this game is that the X-Ray Scope can now REVEAL EVERYTHING.

MAJOR POWERUPS:
6:37 Wave Beam - Speed Boost up into the hole in the ceiling. After that run to the right quick before the gate closes.
21:07 X-Ray Scope - Speed Boost through this room after clearing the PB block out of the way. You'll fall through the floor and the rest of the way leads to the scope.
36:17 Spazer - There is a green pod blocking a hidden wall to the left. Shoot it out the way and speed boost up at the dead end. Make your way to the left and its yours.


Missile Tanks:
0:34 - 1:32 Speed Boost on floor and make your way through the maze. At 1:25 to get over that gap, plant a bomb, then slightly move back, then move past the bomb as soon as it explodes to get over it. After that stay at the top and make your way through. I know I made it seem easy but it took a lot of attempts that I was originally going to make a bonus fail compilation video about it but didn't.

11:07 Freeze the armoured flyer as a platform then bomb the right wall that leads to it.
18:03 Enter the broken Maridian tube and make your way down. Its sitting there waiting for you.
18:30 After exiting the Maridian tube, grapple your way across to grab the tank.
26:35 Bomb the floor and make your way to the right.
27:53 Hidden wall to the left leads to the tank.
36:31 Sitting here while trying to get Spazer.
38:25 Speed boost and make your way down to the switch being blocked by the speed boost wall. Activate it and the missile is yours at the top right.

Power Bomb Tanks:
3:07 - 3:25 Speed Boost some blocks then make your way down. Power bomb the right wall to get it.
14:55 A tube at the top leads to one.
16:11 Use a power bomb to break the blockade holding the hatch and power bomb one more time through another blockade to get the tank quick.
20:47 Hidden wall to the left and some power bomb blocks to blow through blocking the tank. Don't worry about whats under the room. Its a pointless morph ball maze/puzzle that serves no reward whatsoever.

34:16 Back near the beginning of the game was a power bomb you couldn't get earlier. PB through the blockade and grab it and disarmed the statue as well.

Super Missile Tanks:
7:25 - 7:33 Build your charge and make your way down quick to boost through a wall on the left.
15:50 Endure the spikes and make your way to the tank.
32:11 - 32:39 Speed Boost action. Tighten your shoes and make your way to the tank.


Energy Tanks:
9:26 Ah something similar to Magmoor Caverns. Make your way up using Spring Ball to get it.
24:23 Bomb through the wall, clear some baddies out the way, boost to the right.
26:03 Sitting behind the green hatch.

Reserve Tank:
10:14 The first Reserve Tank is right behind the Save/Elevator that goes to Norfair. Speed Boost to the left to reveal it.

Chozo Guardians:
Guardians still exist in this game but don't worry. The Hint System will detect where they're at as you progress through the game.

12:39 Back in the room where you got the Varia Suit, use a power bomb to destroy the ceiling then climb your way up using the Ice Beam.
28:16 - 30:03 Oh man... Before moving on this area, there is a green switch that needs to be activated behind where the animal is locked up. Check out 22:56 - 26:27 on how to get to it. After that make sure you have plenty of missiles and super missiles to take on the hostile enemies ahead. After releasing the animal, morph ball through the right to activate another green switch, then go back to where the animal speed boost the ceiling and make your way to the right, taking on the giant hoppers along the way.
34:16 Earlier back at the beginning of the game, you notice there was a Chozo statue holding a power bomb being blocked. Blast through it with your PB and morph ball on the statue to unlock it.
