A hack that got released on April 4, 2015?! And on my Zodiac year?! BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER! I feel so honored!

This hack is a remake of the original SM Redesign by the same creator Drewseph who decided to recreate an easier and more bearable version of it due to many critiques.

I'm playing version 1.4. A new version 1.5 will be released soon but I won't be replaying the game just because of that.

I couldn't put the emulator at full screen because it was going to set it at a 4:3 ratio so I had to play it at non-full screen to keep the video stretched. I changed the windows border to black so it wouldn't be too distracting.

New features:
- Wall jumping is much easier now. You can execute a wall jump by simply spin jumping and press left or right ( whichever way you are facing) instead of pressing Left or Right and Jump at the same time now.
- You can now look up and down to see any dangers above or below by holding both diagonal aim buttons and press up or down.
- Moon walking has been removed to add a Hint System for players to know where to go next so they won't get lost. In this playthrough I don't use the Hint system because I think it will make it too easy ;). Metroid is a lot more fun being isolated and finding out where to go next on your own.
- Tons of elevators are added to save severe back tracking.

The title name of this video had to be shorter since YT claimed it was too long, thus why I had to make the power-up names shorter.

I'm only going to upload 9 parts for now show proof of my 100% collection. Tourian is going to be done in a different day since its a huge mess. Seriously its THAT brutal...

Ridley's fight is different this time. You can only move on after receiving too much damage. One unique thing that's new with this is that depending on how much damage you give it will be the same damage he gets when you fight him on Zebes again, however this also causes him to do more damage to you as well.

I pretty much take on this 1st part as similar to my previous run with the original Redesign game so not much I can say here.

MAJOR POWERUPS:
7:17 Morphing Ball - You're gonna run into this first obviously so nothing to say here.
8:09 Missile - Climb your way up after getting morph ball and its sitting there waiting for you.
15:54 Wall Jump Boots - Simply yours after traversing through Brinstar and beating Spore Spawn.
24:06 Bomb - After a long backtrack, bombs is your next upgrade along with the Torizo fight.
32:15 Super Missile - Return back to Spore Spawn's room and use your wall jump to climb up and bomb the block and the end.

Missile Tanks:
12:57 - 13:07 Before heading left, head right and down and it will lead you straight to it.
25:22 Head right after going through the pipe.
26:56 Bomb this wall, head left and shoot up to reveal it.
28:51 Head down a little bit and check left, there is a block that can be bomb that leads to the tank.
29:24 To the left there is a hidden tunnel. Roll through it and bomb your way to the pickup.
30:29 Head left, there is a bomb block from the first pink corner you fall of from. Bomb it and then bomb under the elevator to catch it.
31:11 Underneath the grey rail floor and green enemy pod is a missile tank. Shoot it to reveal it.

Energy Tanks:
28:05 Your first energy tank is blocked by this bomb block.
