Hey, everyone! It’s time to go over the solution to Challenge #8 – Mission Impossible. This challenge was undeniably brutal, requiring both obscure knowledge/tech and skillful execution. To those that conquered it... HUGE congrats! :)

For reference, here are the rules of the challenge (and yes, savestates were allowed):

GOAL: Beat the game (and save the animals).

AMMO RESTRICTIONS:
- 5 Missile packs
- 3 Super Missile packs
- 3 Power Bomb packs

ITEM RESTRICTIONS:
- No Ice Beam
- No Boot Upgrades (Hi-Jump Boots, Space Jump, Speed Booster)
- No Energy Tanks

GLITCH RESTRICTIONS:
- No X-Ray Climbing
- No Out-of-Bounds
- No Golden Torizo (GT) Code
- No Artificial Items
- No Ammo Underflow
- No Pause Abuse

OTHER RESTRICTION:
- Charge Beam may only be collected after the 4 major bosses have been defeated (Kraid, Phantoon, Draygon, Ridley).
