Super Mute World - Area 10 - 3: Underworld (Death Chambers)
6Info: I've been trying to show off less levels lately in order to avoid spoiling too much, but sometimes it can't be helped. Anyways, just finished this level today and started it a bit earlier this week. Aside from the sub rooms, each section took a good few hours to set up surprisingly. Still not as long to set up as any of the Toy Land levels. I've actually wanted to make a level likes this for awhile but as I probably mentioned before, wanting to do something and actually trying to pull it off is two different stories.
The first section involves the chained platforms moving up and down. That is basically all you need to know about that section.The second section still has the chained platforms but they don't move. Though this time, some of them fall of the chains. It's basically used as a trap and while all the chained platforms look alike, there's actually two give aways to which platforms will fall. The falling platforms aren't exactly lined up evenly with the non falling ones but unless they are right next to each other, you won't notice that. The second give away.....can you guess it?
This section also has a lot of fake doors. Last but not least is the black lava, which isn't instant kill but you will be hurt and keep getting hurt the longer you stay in it. There's also another thing about the lava. If you fall in it, you can't get out of it unless you climb out of it. (True story.) This also features a new enemy to the series which is the series which is the walking candle fires, which actually turned out to be quite annoying to deal with. Well I'm aware that I need to add more power ups to the level as it actually turned out to be quite hard. At the same time, it's not as hard as it may seem.
Well I think Evil The Cats actually fit in quite well if you think about it. They're in the background dancing while Mute struggles through this torture. Anyways, comments and feedback are greatly appreciated as I'd like to hear your thoughts.
