Super Robot Wars 30 + DLC Gameplay Real Route DLC 2 - Dimension Diver
Super Robot Wars 30 is a tactical RPG-playing game developed by B.B. Studio and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. It is released as part of Super Robot Wars' 30th anniversary. Players follow characters through adventure and battle. Take control of giant robots on a battle map, commanding them to defeat their enemies.
30 years on, the battle for our world's future continues.
The gameplay is similar with older SRW games. The battle switches between ally and enemy phases. Once the player has moved and attacked with their robots, the enemy takes their turn. When all enemies have been defeated, the game proceeds to an Intermission. During Intermission, the player can use resources earned in battle to train pilots, upgrade robots, and earn bonuses for their army. They then can proceed to the next chapter of the adventure.
A new gameplay in SRW 30 is a term called "AOS Update" which literally mean upgrading the mothership's AI. AOS Update has 6 room sections that can be upgraded:
- Bridge (Focuses on Dresstreiger's accuracy and Mitsuba's skill command influence range)
- Hangar (Focuses on decreasing cost of both weapon and unit upgrade, Engine Room (The room for Dresstreiger's AI. Focuses on the ship's internal upgrade)
- Training Room (Focuses on increasing pilot's stat points for close and ranged attack)
- Quarters (Focuses on increasing pilot's SP recovery points every turn)
- Lab (Focuses on increasing points for MxP for AOS Update, EXP, and money for Unit Upgrade)

After completing chapter 4, we have a wave of character rosters from the DLC available for us to recruit. After recruiting the SRX team, it's time to recruit the next one. Oh....seems like this one came from the SRW DD. 3 years ago, I was playing this game until I get to the 2nd world in the Story Mode but I admit, that game got a lot of grinding that unless you have a lot of time...you won't like to invest your time so much for game like this unless there is an event of collaboration with other franchise. In the DD's special event, there's Amuro piloting Mazinger Z, Lelouch piloting the damn black Gundam Wing Zero (No, I'm dead serious that it's a thing that you won't believe until you see it yourself. It's literally a fanfiction of SRW verse that every SRW fans wish for, I thought that it was a wet dream until it really does exist), Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger (How did this enter the SRW to begin with??? People who were new in SRW would die in disbelief when they saw this. I know it's DD but still...).
Anyway, when Didarion first introduced in his DLC stage in the game here, he got a very bad accuracy but powerful attack that took 3/4 of enemy's HP for his 1st and 2nd attack move list. He got a total of 4 attack moves list in this game but since he got large HP in the same class as Super Robot, it's better to give him 4 Support Defend and 2 Support Attack to help protect weaker unit (His large HP and his ability to evade one attack makes him capable of fighting alone but also useful as tank role to smaller units) and help units with lower level catch up with the others in case there's a stage where these units carry important role (I learned the hard way in V when I failed to recruit Kaworu and Shinji is a bit under leveled).
Hold off the enemy as much as you can, Dido! Help is coming!
Note for every Super Robot Wars game: Each character has their own respective soundtrack just like the classic Super Robot Wars series. Each soundtrack's right of the game belongs to its respective owner. I have no right for these game soundtracks cause they came from the game itself
2nd note: This was one of the old recording, at that time...I forgot that attack animations are locked to 30 fps in PC so yes, if I played the video with media player, the video buffer will take a bit time to make it HD. I will fix this ASAP if I plan to make a video that focuses on each unit's attack as the video's over fps from the video generating will make the video quality bad
