The Main Character's name is I think... Hibiki Kamishiro and I believe that the first 6 minutes is just the game telling us what happened up until now.

Someone told me that in short After the events of Z2-2 (Which I failed to continue due to my lazyness at some point), everyone was sent back to their homes but due to a Dimensional Quake, various worlds got mixed together while others disappeared.

Which IMO that sounds extremely bad already!
