Playthrough using Mr. Game and Watch in Turns Mode in this edit of Mortal Kombat Project game called "Super Smash Bros Extinction", which was made by JKS. Difficulty was set to 4, because old MKP games are very hard at highest (8) difficulty.

About this game, it is actually a Nintendo-fied Mortal Kombat Project 4.3 (an unofficial(?) edit of MKP 4.1), as credits (shown at the end of the video) said.
The game was released somewhere in 2010s, but later it was officially offline (and almost unobtainable) which makes one of most rarest MUGEN-based MKP games until November 2019, where Chargamer95 reuploaded this game in Super Mario Bros. collection topic in Mugen Free For All, meaning that I can finally get into this game.
Let's start with the characters. They are actually based on characters that we can play in the original MKP, and the roster contains nothing but characters from Mario games, with only exceptions were Mr. Game and Watch (the character I played as) and Master Hand. Most notable character was Luigi, who is based on Liu Kang. This one is popular version of NO Body the Dragon-sprited Luigi (aka Pesky Luigi) before decent versions appeared in the web. Also, I wonder why JKS put Mario, who is a spriteswap of Shao Kahn, as final boss? Well, this will be a mystery. There are also recolors in this game. IIRC there are two recolors of Dry Bones who originate from Mario RPG games: Vomer and Dark Bones from Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario TTYD respectively. All of those almost share their movesets as the original Dry Bones, who was based on Sektor.
Also there's a completely invisible Dry Bones-like (due to bone sprite used as projectile) character called "Chimeric", and it can be only seen if Ctrl+C (the debug command that shows collision boxes) is pressed once or twice. There are two characters that are rather incomplete, and they are Master Hand and Hawkmouth (sic), who are edits of Motaro and Goro, respectively.
Mr. Game and Watch, who was actually edited from Nightwolf, may be a broken character if you keep pressing "a" button. This is very effective if opponent in some cases in in blocking state.
Stages are like based on Mortal Kombat ones with using tileset from Mario games. Some graphics were like crudely drawn in MS Paint. Pit 3 is the only exception here as the game does not use tilesets from Mario games and it's instead same as its MKP counterpart.
Many characters have fatalities, with the bosses (save for Mario and Robirdo) are only exceptions as they lack any finishers. For example, Mr. Game and Watch's head decap fatality can be executed by inputting D,F,F when you're close to opponent. GW has also other finishers, but he turns into pitch black Nightwolf while performing them.
Note that the game was originally made on Winmugen Plus(?), but to prevent any (random?) crashes, I had to copy and paste MUGEN 1.0's executable and other important files.

Had to tag this video as Adults Only (18+) due to this game is gory, much like Mortal Kombat games.
