This is EXACTLY why I say the Super Smash Bros scene is one of the worst scenes I have ever seen, with some elitists being so "high above" everyone that they think they are owed something if things do not go there way, and I have seen some people in CoD videos a LONG time ago, as well as how elite some Pokemon players can be as well. I've also seen recently people saying that Pokemon "pros" are the worst, especially with things like Smogon around but... seeing this past month go by, as well as something like THIS happening... this is over 10x worse than the Pokemon scene for sure.
To sum up this video, I talk about how one of the Smash professionals, called Mew2King (aka M2K) ordered a capture device from Katsukity and it came back as defective while other streamers didn't get as bad of capture devices from him. This caused him to lose out on subscribers (about 100) he could get from his stream (people who pay about $5 that goes towards his channel), as well as lost money in other ways and *demanded* Katsukity to reimburse him for lost time and money by giving him a repaired 3DS, PLUS SEVEN OTHER CAPTURE DEVICES.
Crazy ain't it.
Katsukity I know is not the most reliable place...
I've explained this in which I have heard business practices have gone on where if you send your device through the mail, you should ship it saying it costs hardly anything to avoid import fees so if it gets lost in the mail, you are screwed out a $400 device. Meanwhile Katsukity will import it back to you WITH the fees hitting you so he doesn't lose money. (Pretty much the biggest business practice I have found ridiculous from him)
Either way, while I do agree with the shadiness of Katsukity at points I do eventually intend to get a capture device for a VITA from him still.
However demanding 7 additional 3DSes is an asinine thing for M2K to have done, even if his friend suggested it. (which makes both of them look stupid when push comes to shove)
