One of the most enigmatic characters in the underrated Wario Ware series, the adorable Ashley has been given new life thanks to her inclusion as an assist trophy in the new Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS.

Her theme song, aptly called "Ashley's Song" has already enamored me ever since I first heard it in Wario Ware: Touched for the Nintendo DS. It has a creepy, endearing, and at times tragic charm to it, and makes you love Ashley even more. The original version sounded like an old school, kiddie horror soundtrack, but its big band style remake first heard in Super Smash Bros. Brawl gave it a more upbeat and edgy feel. I'm really glad it was also included in the Wii U update giving new audiences a chance to appreciate this underrated gem of a song.

For this version, I am joined by none other than my daughter, Little Miss SPG, in full Ashley regalia nonetheless, and we hope you enjoy our acapella version of "Ashley's Song".
