Super Street Fighter 4 Replays - Set #9
2Sorry I haven't been uploading anything but Super Street Fighter 4 lately, but I just haven't felt like unplugging the PS3 and plugging in the Wii. Plus, I haven't had time to record anything else with my sister having her baby and me having the two kids she already had over at my house. You can't expect kids to play quietly.
Anyway, the next couple of sets you'll see are against Reminiscent10. He's a pretty cool guy. I know him from a message board that you all may be familiar with if you used to watch some of Overhazard's old Mario Kart tourneys. Anyway, Remi is known as pelocs here. Look him up. He hasn't uploaded in about 8 months or so, but maybe he'll start back again later.

Match #1
Juri (USA) *VS* Guy (USA)
East Asia - Old Temple
We're both from the USA, so it'll be hard to distinguish who is who just by reading where we're from, so I'll just mention who I am for each fight...and then you'll know. I was Juri here. I didn't notice while we were fighting, but Guy is wearing his alternate costume. Very cool. I don't think I'll buy any until they're all in one bundle pack. I'll save more money that way. Anyway, round 1 was pretty dang intense. It's always cool to see people make huge comebacks, but it feels a little differently when you're actually playing. Heh.

Adon (USA) *VS* Ibuki (USA)
Europe - Cruise Ship Stern
I'm Adon here, of course. This wasn't our first match, but we both chose our main characters for this one. I'm not sure if Ibuki is truly pelocs's main because he never told me who he enjoys playing with the most, but her picture did appear in the box as his most used character before I recorded the replay. Funny how that worked out. I'm a very aggressive Adon player as I'm sure you all know by now. Pelocs played a very good keep-away game though. That usually causes my momentum to slow down...until we run out of stage.

Blanka (USA) *VS* T. Hawk (USA)
East Asia - Deserted Temple
This was an interesting fight featuring a character I haven't used very often versus a character I haven't seen a lot of. I was Blanka here. Honestly, I didn't think I'd like using Blanka, but he's a pretty fun character! Since this fight, I've learned more about how to combo his Electric Thunder into other moves, but I didn't do that so well here. His Super is also not a favorite of mine. I'll probably rely more on his EX moves after this. I love Blanka's Call to Earth Ultra, but it's pretty difficult to pull off...and it's hard to predict your opponent and choose which version is the right choice. But yeah, this match was intense. All 3 rounds were super close...so close that I'm surprised none of them were draws. T. Hawk and Blanka had similar priorities when it came to their special moves.
