Super Street Fighter II Turbo (Dreamcast) - Full Walkthrough as Akuma

THIS GAME'S AI IS A NIGHTMARE.
Fun fact: Hyper Street Fighter II is based on the Dreamcast port of SSF2T hence the extreme difficulty of both games (although Super Turbo as a whole is just ridiculously hard).
In this port, there is an exclusive version of Akuma often referred to as Ten Akuma due to his higher stats (which also includes his ability to throw double air fireballs instead of one) and his ability to use his Shun Goku Satsu Super for the first time in Street Fighter II (which I'm barely able to ever show off because of this game's cheating AI, lol). Akuma would not regain his ability to perform a Super again in any Street Fighter II game until Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.
Despite these inherent buffs Ten Akuma gets, this game is still is a nightmare to play through because of the ridiculous AI that just reads your every input, lol.
To unlock Ten Akuma, you must beat the game with every character in the game a grand total of twice with each individual character; one playthrough using the New versions of each character and another with the Old versions of each character. Doing this will unlock the Dip Switch menu, which can then be accessed by highlighting the Options menu in the title screen and then while holding the Y button push the Start button. Doing this successfully will bring up a menu with various dates ranging from the year 1993 to the year 2000. Below that is a Manual version option with a bunch of numbers. You want to highlight the 27th and 28th numbers (which should be 0 by default) and turn them from 0 to 1, then exit the menu. Upon entering the character selection screen, highlight Ryu and then all at the same time press all three punch buttons, medium and heavy kicks as well as the Start button.
