Superman Analogue: The Strontian (Xenith)
0A lot of characters who are like Superman have cousins who are like Supergirl. Xenith, the Strontian, takes that idea and ramps up the aggression!

Original Text: Talking about Namorita yesterday got my thinking of the amazing DnA run on Nova, so segueing to a character who had some pretty prominent scenes in that book: Gladiator's cousin, Xenith, called The Strontian.
So... Strontian is pretty mean. While Gladiator is more lawful than good, Strontian is absolutely brutal. She's a 1 to 1 Supergirl match to Gladiator's #SupermanAnalogue, but her personality is about being ruthless in the name of maintaining her own authority.
Her powers are just like her cousin's, so we're talking full on borderline Silver Age Superman levels. As a result, she's one of the most powerful beings in the MCU, just before you get to the cosmic types like Silver Surfer.
She does share his weaknesses, though, so there are creative ways to beat her. Certain radiation and magic are options, but since most of her abilities are psychic, things that negate those work as well. (As seen in this badass scene from Nova)
A villainous #SupermanAnalogue can be one of the greatest threats that a hero has to face and one of the most satisfying to overcome. Strontian certainly fills that bill. The heroes of Marvel are just lucky that the rest of her family aren't so evil.
