Warlock - Well of Radiance is always wanted for end game activities. But you can build it to have near constant well uptime and instant ignitions on all your solo weapons! Heres how.
The exotics of choice are as follows:
Weapon - Hierarchy of Needs. This will allow for quick super charge using the guidance arrow generated from its exotic perk. And heavy sustained damage from a distance.
Armor - Phoenix Protocol. Standing in a well of radiance charges up the next well of radiance when yourself or teammates score kills. The second part of the puzzle in generating insanely fast super charge.

What brings it all together though is the solar fragment ember of combustion. It allows for all solar final blows within a super to cause an ignition. Normally only for the super projectiles themselves but the well of radiance doesn't work like a regular damage super. Instead it converts weapon damage to super damage when you are standing inside it. Meaning any solar weapon final blow will cause an ignition. Again the Hierarchy of Needs is perfect for this condition.
