This is my standard M4 build and it has a KAC QDSS NT-4 5.56x45 silencer with a KAC QD Compensator 5.56x45, SAI 14.5" QD Rail foregrip for AR15, Eotech XPS3-0 holographic sight, Holosun LS321 Tactical device, Vltor MUR-1S 5.56x45 Upper receiver for AR systems, Magpul M-LOK 4.1 inch guide, Raptor charging handle for AR-15, Fortis Shift tactical grip, 370mm barrel for AR-15, HK Ergo PSG-1 style pistol grip, JP Enterprises Gas System-5b, SI Advanced receiver extension buffer tube, a MOE Carbine stock and a Magpul Rubber Butt-Pad for Carbine stock series. This is the M4 build that I always use when it's mid game to late game tarkov and it's always been so reliable at all stages of the game. It's not exactly "best in slot" but man does it really need to be? I think as it is looks really cool and it's always been such a powerful and reliable gun to use. I would definitely recommend trying this reliable m4 build out if you haven't already. Hope you like the build!
