Supriya Lifescience lists at 55% premium Mumbai: Active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturer Supriya Lifescience made a strong debut on the bourses on Tuesday with the stock listing at ₹425 on the BSE, a 55% premium over its IPO price of ₹274. On the NSE, the stock listed at ₹421. "We suggest short-term investors book profit...and long-term investors can hold. Now Supriya Lifescience is trading at a price to earnings of 22.6 times based on numbers for the first half of FY22," said Yash Gupta, equity research analyst at Angel One. The ₹700-crore of the Supriya Lifescience was subscribed 71.5 times. The IPO was fully subscribed within a few hours of bidding starting on the first day of the issue. The issue got bids for 103.89 crore shares against 1.45 crore shares on offer, as per NSE data. The IPO included a fresh issue of up to ₹200 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹500 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised for funding capital expenditure requirements, repayment of debt and general corporate purposes.
