This video details how to glitch your way back onto the S.S. Anne on Pokémon Blue Version. I ended up performing the glitch twice because I forgot I was messing around with the Safari Zone a while back. To do this you must make sure you press Right and Start at the same time when you step in front of the dock guard. When you reset, your sprite should still appear to be facing right after if you do it correctly, and you'll be able to Surf through the guard. All trainers and items will have been reset when using this glitch to re-access the S.S. Anne. ^_^

Edit: Mewtwo only has Lick because I modified my save to find proof that Ghost-type moves do 0x damage to Psychic-type Pokémon during the first generation.
