After being outed as the Miami Mutilator, officer Manny Pardo has taken refuge in a motel, making his plans to escape and start a new life. Unfortunately for him, the police have tracked him down, and to make matters worse, the Colombians are on his trail too, wanting revenge for his massacre of their gang members.
