8Part one of three. This is the last challenge for the Survivor Island, an automated animal farm.

He was using is trap for hostile mobs but I think it works better for friendly mobs. The varying sizes can make some traps not work as well. This type of trap works great for all friendly mobs.
By the way, he claims that there are little to no loss of drops. I believe he is mistaken. They are hard to observe but I do believe, as is shown late in the video, that some percentage of drops will be lost in this system. Whether it is less or more than other traps, I do not know.
