First time ever i completed this mission with the perfect score! All 36 suspects arrested. The garage and rooftop are so difficult to clear . Best tactic is to show yourself in one of the rooms that have a view on the garden so the suspects will run away and get in the building and shoot the windows down from the first floor by the garage to make those suspects get away there , because that is a difficult spot to arrest them. By the rooftop you need to peak only around to corner and those who see you will get scared after a time and try to get in the building. But even so it is extreem difficult .
