Described as an Arcade/Sim, this game features more traditional driving than say, Asphalt 9: Legends.
Both games lack CPU Player support. So to really get a kick out of things in their Local Multiplayer mode, all 4 players are advised.
Fortunately, this game features a selection of cars to choose from, with their respective stats separate from whatever might be going on in the Single Player Campaign. Both of these being issues with Asphalt 9: Legends.
Surprisingly, the tracks in Gear Club Unlimited 2: Definitive Edition don't features loops. To compensate, we decided to make use of the Replay Race option.
I when for manual controls, so I needed to keep an eye on the ball here. But other than the normal controls, there's a Hand Brake option on can use to negotiate tight turns. Although it's tricky to use.
Choosing Semi-Pro gives out some driving assist, between that is the Amateur and Pro options. To feel comfortable with the latter, one would need quite a bit of practice beforehand.
