Switch Starlink: Battle for Atlas DDE G61, 1P gameplay, Fox McCloud vs Koval!
ElGato rec. Switching back to the Starfox campaign has me going to Atlas' Dark Sector for the first time. As it turns out, Wolf is building weapons of war, not just with his and Outlaw tech... Vid timeline:
(0:00) Intro and switching to Shaid and the Nadir.
(15:07) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Go to Ashar.
(18:16) Fast traveling and arriving at Ashar.
Turns out that I was able to fast travel to the target planet. This caught me by surprise as the distance was quite extensive. Not to mention, I spent time preparing with Shaid and her ship.
(19:51) Switching to Fox McCloud and the ARwing.
Need to remember that the game allows for up to 3 ships to stand by. Thus, seems Fox McCloud and Shaid are to occupy two of them.
(22:34) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Go to the worksite.
As expected, the only the Legion and the Outlaws are dangerous. So it's the local wildlife.
(26:35) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Defeat the Outlaws.
Once again I messed up and lost a ship.
(29:33) Second try. Heading to Worksite.
(31:40) Arriving at Worksite and Outlaw fight.
(37:57) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Scan the Prospector machine, Go inside the Legion ship.
(41:10) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Get through the ship's defenses, Collect the missile.
(42:37) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Attach the missile to the door.
(44:31) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Defeat Koval.
This fight demonstrated that the Outlaws, under the Supervision of Wolf, are adapting Legion tech to their own. And to properly handle Koval, I had to deal with his layer of defense, compromise by 3 Legion Drones.
(1:01:43) A Wolf in Atlas. The Plan Revealed: Recalibrate the Prospector machine, Investigate the compartment.
Wolf's plan is rather bold, going as far as taking over a Legion ship carrying a Prime! We deduce then, he plans to use these machines to spearhead an assault on Corneria. Wolf is certainly becoming as troublesome as Drax himself.
(1:05:44) A Wolf in Atlas. The fight for Corneria: Go toward the Legion signal.
And thus, the next stage of the Starfox campaign is triggered.
However, I'm to switch now to the Main Starling campaign...
(1:09:44) Building and upgrading an Observatory.
