Switching Away From Creative Cloud

If you saw me at the start of this year, you will likely know that I failed to get a video released for New Year's Day, instead it being released two weeks later. Adobe Premiere Pro failed me, and I was beside myself.
Because of this, I have gone out of my way to ditch Adobe Creative Cloud, the £50-a-month subscription service that gives you access to a plethora of software. It's not enough for me to just ditch Adobe, though - I want to talk about it and how you might be able to do it too.
All of the programs mentioned in this video are available either for free or paid with a perpetual license (meaning you pay it once, and you can use it for as long as it's practical). I purposefully avoided software-as-a-service stuff so that I don't waste money.
With that in mind, here is how I broke free of Adobe.
