Fixed after new 18th Feb version
For completeness, recorded a video with OpenVR and the performance was much worse than OpenXR. The aliasing setting needs to be set as high as possible to avoid artifacts. DLSS doesn't seem to help too much.
Ray tracing when enabled ruins rendering and everything is black in the right eye except for the UI.
