Sword Art Online: Lost Song - Saving Pina! [Part 33][PS4]
18One more quest before heading on to the newly unlocked Dark World. Silica needs help leveling a little, so naturally we are going to help her. She wants to go to Flosshilde. After defeating a couple monsters (off-screen) a dragon appears as a mid-boss. Since ı never played along with Silica before, I had a quick look at her equipments and replaced some stuff, and we are now ready to deal with the boss.
After a while, the boss kind of enrages and attacks Silica. Pina blocks the attack but also gets a status debuff in the process, a countdown appears on her head. We talk with Argo to get some information about the debuff. Turns out its a death countdown. We need to find a way to get rid of it, so Pina can live on.
Argo tells us that there are some apples given out by an NPC called Idunn that might cure the status, so we head to Woglinde to find Idunn. When we arrive there, we come across Bragi, another NPC, telling us that Idunn was kidnapped by a frost giant. We need to save her and hopefully she will give us the apple.
A dungeon later, we come across the frost giant that kidnapped her. He.. Actually has a unique model, rather than the recurring recolor bosses, which is nice. He was no pushover though, quite easy to take care of. We save Idunn, go outside, and Thiazi, the former frost giant, shows up again as a giant moth-like boss.
Ofcourse, Kirito being the awesome guy he is, easily defeats the boss, gets the apple and cures Pina!
